Everything your Minnesota home needs

Window cleaning is our specialty. We also tackle gutters, soft-wash house cleaning, roof treatment, and pressure washing — all with care for the four-season climate your home lives in.

Window Cleaning

01

Window Cleaning

Streak-free interior & exterior windows that let the lake views shine in.

  • Inside & outside glass
  • Screens & sills wiped
  • Hard-water spot removal
  • Pure-water pole reach for upper stories

Pollen, hard-water sprinkler spray, and Minnesota's wild seasons quickly turn glass cloudy. Our pure-water and traditional cleaning methods leave windows truly streak-free — inside, outside, screens, sills, and tracks.

Our process

  1. 1.Walk-around to flag any cracked seals, broken screens, or hard-water buildup before we start.
  2. 2.Interior glass detailed by hand with squeegee + microfiber edges; sills and tracks vacuumed and wiped.
  3. 3.Exterior glass cleaned with deionized pure-water poles — safe up to three stories with no ladders against your siding.
  4. 4.Final inspection in natural light with you, plus a quick screen rinse and reset.

Timing

Most single-family homes take 2–4 hours. Larger lakefront estates or hard-water restoration jobs can run a half day.

Gutter Cleaning

02

Gutter Cleaning

Clear gutters and downspouts so storm water flows where it should.

  • Hand-removal of leaves & debris
  • Downspout flushing
  • Roofline blow-off
  • Damage check & report

Minnesota's heavy spring rains and fall leaf drop punish clogged gutters fast — overflow runs down siding, pools at the foundation, and rots fascia. We clear, flush, and inspect so the next storm drains the way it should.

Our process

  1. 1.Tarps laid to protect landscaping before we go up.
  2. 2.Hand removal of leaves, pine needles, shingle grit, and nests — bagged and hauled away, never blown into your beds.
  3. 3.Each downspout flushed with water until clear; clogs broken up from the top or rodded from the bottom.
  4. 4.Photo report of any sagging hangers, separated seams, or fascia damage we spot.

Timing

Most homes finish in 1–2 hours. Two-story homes with heavy tree cover may take longer.

House Washing

03

House Washing

Gentle soft-wash treatment that strips grime, mildew & spider webs.

  • Low-pressure soft wash
  • Eco-friendly detergents
  • Safe on siding, brick & stucco
  • Restores curb appeal

High pressure damages siding, paint, and trim — that's why every reputable cleaner uses a soft-wash. We apply manufacturer-approved detergents at low pressure to kill mildew at the root, then rinse clean.

Our process

  1. 1.Plants pre-soaked and covered; outdoor electronics and patio furniture protected.
  2. 2.Custom-blended soft-wash detergent applied from the eaves down — kills mildew, algae, and bacteria on contact.
  3. 3.Dwell time of 8–12 minutes while we hand-scrub spider nests, downspout drips, and door frames.
  4. 4.Low-pressure rinse from top to bottom; final landscape rinse so detergent doesn't sit on root zones.

Timing

Average 1-story home takes 2–3 hours. Two-story homes 3–5 hours.

Roof Cleaning

04

Roof Cleaning

Soft-wash roof treatment that kills algae and black streaks for years.

  • No-pressure soft wash
  • Removes algae, lichen & moss
  • Extends shingle lifespan
  • Manufacturer-approved process

Those black streaks are a living organism (Gloeocapsa magma) that eats limestone filler in shingles. Soft-wash kills it at the root, restoring the roof and extending its life — without the warranty-voiding damage of pressure washing.

Our process

  1. 1.Roof inspection for loose shingles, soft spots, or compromised flashing — flagged before we apply anything.
  2. 2.ARMA-approved soft-wash solution applied with zero pressure; algae and lichen die on contact.
  3. 3.Solution dwells while we re-soak landscaping and rinse gutters as we go.
  4. 4.No high-pressure rinse — Minnesota rain finishes the job over the next 1–2 weeks, the way the shingle manufacturer recommends.

Timing

Most roofs are treated in 2–3 hours. Steep pitches and shaded north-facing roofs take longer.

Pressure Washing

05

Pressure Washing

Driveways, decks, patios and walkways revived to like-new condition.

  • Concrete, pavers & stone
  • Decks & fencing
  • Surface cleaner for even results
  • Pre-treatment for tough stains

Driveways, patios, decks, and walkways collect oil, mildew, and dirt fast. We use a flat-surface cleaner for streak-free results, plus pre-treatment for stubborn stains the wand alone won't lift.

Our process

  1. 1.Pre-treatment soak for organic staining (mildew, algae, leaf tannin) so it lifts evenly.
  2. 2.Flat-surface cleaner pulled across concrete, pavers, or stone for uniform results — no zebra stripes.
  3. 3.Edge work along walls and joints with a wand at appropriate pressure for the surface.
  4. 4.Final rinse, joint sand re-spread on pavers if needed, and clean-up.

Timing

Driveways average 1–2 hours. Full driveway + patio + deck packages take 3–5 hours.
