Lakeside Window Cleaning

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Lakeside Window Cleaning. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Lakeside Window Cleaning provides professional exterior cleaning services, including:

  • Window Cleaning
  • Gutter Cleaning
  • Pressure Washing
  • Soft Washing
  • Holiday Lighting Installation

We also offer recurring maintenance plans including annual, bi-annual, and tri-annual service options.

Our window cleaning service includes cleaning of the glass, frames, tracks, sills, and screens. Gutter cleaning may also include exterior gutter brightening when applicable.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather-related rescheduling may occur to ensure service quality and safety.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing for all services will be provided before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, checks, and major debit and credit cards.

Recurring maintenance plans may be subject to separate pricing agreements.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property before service begins.

This includes:

  • Securing pets
  • Removing obstacles near service areas
  • Informing us of any fragile, damaged, or specialty surfaces requiring extra care

For holiday lighting services, customers must disclose any electrical concerns or unsafe conditions beforehand.

5. Liability

While we take exceptional care with every property, Lakeside Window Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, failed seals, oxidized frames, brittle screens, or aging materials.

We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe property conditions or issues beyond our control.

6. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

7. Service Refusal & Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if hazardous conditions, unsafe access, severe weather, aggressive animals, or other reasonable safety concerns prevent work from being completed properly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
